The Project
Yannick is a sports coach but not only that. His real field is helping people move again after an injury: health through sport. The problem was that his old messaging filed him under the broad ‘fitness’ label, a crowded world where his genuine expertise went unnoticed. Our job: reposition his offer and design a single page that presents him for what he truly is: a sport-and-health expert, not just one more coach.
The Sports Coach Challenge
Yannick had everything it takes to inspire trust: fifteen years in the field, solid qualifications, a real method. But none of it came through. His audience, people looking first to take care of themselves rather than to perform, needed reassurance, and the page wasn’t providing it.
A lack of proof:
The ‘health’ visitor wants safety above all. The old page lacked the concrete elements needed to build that trust.
The anxiety of hidden pricing:
No price displayed anywhere and missing prices are often the number-one reason people leave a page.
Calls to action that were too vague:
Fuzzy buttons like ‘Learn more’ left visitors in doubt, instead of clearly inviting them to take the next step.
The Solution
We built the page as a journey that answers, one by one, the questions a visitor asks before picking up the phone.
A clear thread from start to finish:
The promise up top, then the diagnosis of pain points, an introduction to Yannick, his three-step plan, and finally the pricing. At no point does the visitor wonder “what now?”.
An atmosphere that inspires trust:
Soft cream tones, golden accents, and a mix of typefaces that marries the rigour of care with the energy of sport. The seriousness comes through at first glance.
No more grey areas:
A price stated clearly (“from €70/hour”) and a reassuring button “Book my free assessment” that removes all risk for the visitor.
The Results
The new page changed Yannick’s image and above all the profile of the people reaching out.
Perceived value that measures up:
The site finally reflects his true level of expertise. Prospects arrive already taking him seriously.
Better-qualified leads:
Each section naturally filters and leads toward the free assessment. The result: more serious enquiries, from people who know what they’re looking for.
Fast and pleasant, everywhere:
The page loads in a flash and stays comfortable to read, on mobile as much as on desktop.
