Clarity and agility don’t stop at the interface. For Vuidesign, protecting your data is an extension of our expertise. We have chosen tools that respect your anonymity and allow us to remain masters of information, without unnecessary middlemen.

2. What Data Do We Collect?

    • Contact Data: Your name and email, collected via Contact Form 7, solely to respond to your project inquiries.

    • Newsletter Data: Your email address, if you choose to subscribe to our updates via Mailerlite.

    • Project Data: Documents and resources necessary for the creation of your website.

    • Anonymous Analytics: We use Matomo, hosted on our own private VPS, to understand traffic in a completely anonymous way that respects CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) recommendations.

3. Our Technical Ecosystem (Zero Invasive Tracking)

We have banned advertising tracking tools in favor of secure, sovereign solutions:

  • Matomo (Private Hosting): For precise statistics that never leave our infrastructure. No third-party cookies, no sharing with Google.

  • Mailerlite: For managing our direct communication. You can unsubscribe with a single click.

  • Contact Form 7: For fluid and secure communication through our site.

  • European VPS Hosting: Our servers (and those under maintenance) are located in Europe to ensure maximum legal and technical protection.

4. Legal Basis and Payments

We process your data for the execution of your contract (Starter Pack Pro). Regarding payments, we use secure, direct payment methods, ensuring that no sensitive banking data is ever stored on our servers.

5. Rights and Control

In accordance with the GDPR and privacy regulations, you have a full right of access, modification, and deletion of your personal data. Our Matomo configuration is “Privacy-by-design”: it does not drop any tracking cookies and anonymizes your IP address by default.
