No problem. You have the option to suspend your subscription once your design request is satisfied and to reactivate it when new needs arise. There’s no need to unnecessarily consume your subscription.
We understand that you may not have a full month’s worth of design needs. You may only have one or two design requests currently. This is where the option to pause your subscription is beneficial.
Billing cycles are based on a 30-day period. Let’s say you signed up and used the service for 15 days, then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you will have 15 days of service left that you can use at any time in the future.
In a context of solid experience as a design manager, effective project management and coordination skills have been developed. Faced with a significant workload, collaboration with other partner designers is established. However, each work produced remains under direct supervision to ensure realization and finishing in accordance with the high standards set.
We provide unlimited revisions, ensuring we refine the design until you are fully satisfied with the outcome.
In our project management process, we use Trello, a Kanban board tool to organize and track progress in real time. We use Loom videos to share updates, ideas, and deliverables for clear communication and ongoing engagement.
Our team does not support 3D design, packaging design, as well as catalog and magazine design.
